1. Membership

A Labs Studio membership grants one person time-limited access to the studio for the validity window shown at purchase. Access ends automatically when the plan expires.

2. Acceptable use

You may not generate unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive content, nor attempt to resell, automate, scrape or share your access with third parties.

3. Fair usage

Generation capacity is shared. We may throttle or suspend accounts that place abnormal load on the service or attempt to bypass limits.

4. Content ownership

You own the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you use those outputs.

5. Availability

The service depends on upstream model providers. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments for digital products and memberships are final. No refunds will be issued once the transaction is complete, as services are delivered digitally and instantly.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current membership period.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
